I’ve been obsessed with this scramble. Like make-it-3x-a-week obsessed. BUT it’s totally okay because it’s so freaking good, and my whole family loves it.
You read that right. Even Zach, the pickiest eater, loves it.

heirloom tomatoes, to preference, cut into small chunks
cut sausage into small chunks and cook over medium heat until heated through. remove from heat.
scramble eggs and pour into the same pan. s&p to taste. cook until light and fluffy.
add tomatoes and heated sausage to pan with eggs. mix. cook until tomatoes are heated through. remove from heat.
