PROTEIN PACKED SCRAMBLE

I’ve been obsessed with this scramble. Like make-it-3x-a-week obsessed. BUT it’s totally okay because it’s so freaking good, and my whole family loves it.

You read that right. Even Zach, the pickiest eater, loves it.

It’s protein-packed, tasty, and filling. What more could you want??

Ingredients//

2 links of “al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago chicken” sausage
heirloom tomatoes, to preference, cut into small chunks
4 eggs

Method//

cut sausage into small chunks and cook over medium heat until heated through. remove from heat.
scramble eggs and pour into the same pan. s&p to taste. cook until light and fluffy.
add tomatoes and heated sausage to pan with eggs. mix. cook until tomatoes are heated through. remove from heat.
