Mother’s Day Gift Guide

April 30, 2015

Ahhh it’s my first Mother’s Day as an actual mother!! I mean, I guess last year I was too, but I wasn’t able to cuddle and kiss on my child then!

Gift-wise I personally adore a long, tight hug and a bouquet of big blooms, but these gifts are too sweet not to share.

What mother doesn’t love photos of her family adorning her walls?? Having professional photos taken is an investment that will pay off big time.
I have a couple photographers that I absolutely cannot live without:
Kylee Ann Photography has shot my family a couple times, and the results always leave me drooling and wanting more! She shoots primarily in Utah, but has selective dates in Washington state, and is willing to travel anywhere!

I also love love Christie Marlatt Photography. She shot my maternity & birth photos for Lucy and I just dieee over them!

Along the same lines is a beautiful photo book, or calendar. Artifact Uprising’s simple and gorgeous design is bound to be the focal point of any coffee table.

They also offer prints, postcards, Instagram-friendly books, and many more keepsakes sure to make your mama smile.

If the mother you’re shopping for still has littles, a stylish yet efficient diaper bag might be the way to go! Little Unicorn’s Manifest Weekender is gorrrrrgeous. Pretty much all of their bags scream amazing. And pssst, they also have a plethora of swoon-worthy blankets and travel accessories.

And of course anything from Anthropologie has me crying as I shake the mothballs from my wallet. Very beauty. Such poor.

If your mother is into jewelry, this dainty initial necklace is super sweet.

Of course one of my favorite things to do is paint pottery! There are typically places in many cities that do this, and it’s such a great way to make a long-lasting, handmade gift.

Lucy made this for me 😉

In the end, you know your mom best! I sure know I’ve been blessed with a phenomenal mother AND mother-in-law, and for that I am so grateful 🙂

Have a happy Mother’s Day!
